Meet Our Founder & CEO
Mr. Theodore Michael Nwaokwe is the founder and Chief Executive officer of Integrated And Eco-friendly Solutions Limited. He is now a business coach, trainer and consultant. He has over twenty two (22) years of experience in environmental management and Civil Service administration. In his Civil Service career, he worked on a number of programmes and projects, helped to formulate and implement policies, participated in the negotiations of international environmental agreements as well as played active roles in developing national strategies for the implementation of Action Plans and Multilateral Environmental Agreements (MEAs).
He was Director of Environmental Management in Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Environment where he had the responsibilities for developing and implementing policies and programmes on pollution control, hazardous wastes management, chemicals management, cleaner production and environmental technology extension services. He also contributed extensively to the implementation of the provisions of multilateral environmental agreements relating to chemicals, hazardous waste, ozone layer depletion and climate change, whilst at the same time coordinating all activities relating to green wastes and the transboundary movements of hazardous wastes.
Mr. Nwaokwe’s exemplary and distinguished civil service has imbued him with the capacity and necessary skills to excel in his other endeavours in retirement. These skills include great writing skills, service-oriented personality, leadership skills, communication skills, computer skills, presentation skills, problem-solving ability, and being a team player par excellence.
Currently, Mr. Nwaokwe is focusing on Business skills training, Digital/social media marketing, and Entrepreneurship. Mr. Nwaokwe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in industrial Chemistry and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Management). His academic qualifications in different disciplines afford him remarkable success, especially in the most difficult and nerve breaking situation.
He is a Fellow of Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), a Fellow of Institute of Professional Entrepreneurs and Strategic Administrators (FIPESA), and a Fellow of Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators (FIPMA).
He is happily married and has two beautiful daughters.
